I woke one morning with the worst neck and scapula pain . I got steroid shot and oral steroids at my Dr office this was no help , My husband had been to Mark before and was really pleased with his success. He made me appointment and I went . Mark spent time listening to my story and took x rays . I had already had x rays and MRI and knew it was a pinched nerve in my c spine. Mark assured me he could help . I was skeptical because I had never had pain like this before. He let me use a neck decompressor brace at home that I used 2 times a day . He gave me exercises to do at home. I saw him 1 time a week for several weeks . I was terrified of having my neck popped but he reassured me. He used decompression table (which is awesome) each visit and would adjust my neck . Not only was i having pain that sent me to the ER my arm hurt and I had tingling and numbness in my left arm into my hand. I told mark that in the beginning I didn’t think he could help me but today when he asked me about my numbness and tingling my hand I had to think about it and I realized it was gone and I had all feeling back . I called Mark in serious pain! My lower back felt like someone was digging around with a knife. After over an entire year in pain and discomfort, Physical Therapy, cryotherapy, massage therapy, & acupuncture, I had a Microdiscectomy in April of 2022 to remove part of a ruptured disc L5/S1. I thought I was finished with back pain because for the first time in what seemed like an eternity I wasn’t hurting anymore. The surgery was a success. Until it wasn’t! I woke up one morning with the same pain I had experienced for so long. A friend of mine told me to go see her chiropractor in Drumright. Drumright? After googling and asking around I decided any relief was better than waiting or going back to the surgeon and starting the recovery process all over again. I called and was able to be seen the same day! I’ve been to the chiropractor before and always felt rushed like cattle in an auction. Go in this room, lay on this bed, go in this room hook up to this electronic machine, 1 minute with the actual chiropractor, crack crack your done! That’s what I expected at Drumright Neck and Back. That’s not what I experienced. Dr. Loftis runs the whole show. From the time I walked in until the time I left. He explained the mechanics of what was going on, took imagining, performed some stretches and adjustments, and guided me through at home stretches. I work 50+ hours a week on my feet the majority of the time so slowing me down or adding anything else into my schedule is a challenge. I figured I’d be walking into a I need to see you four times a week for 6 weeks $$$ membership type of situation but after 3 treatments I was done. Told to call if I need anything. I still have some discomfort but do the stretches Dr. Loftis taught me and it’s gone. If you’re on the fence about chiropractic care at Drumright Neck & Back I get it! But from someone who’s been all over seeking pain relief without medication I wish I would have started at DNB I think my whole outcome would have looked a whole lot different. -B Wolff

Dr. Mark made time for me to get in today on short notice. I had been having severe back, neck and shoulder pain. He explained all the procedures thoroughly and asked questions to help better diagnose my problems. He knew instantly what was going on with me and in no time I was feeling like superman!! I didn’t realize how complacent I had gotten with the pain, just got used to it. No more. He has gained a new client today and I am taking my wife in next week to see him!!! 5 stars all the way!! This was my first time going to a chiropractor. I highly recommend Dr. Loftis. I was in pain and could barely move my neck. I called around closing time. Dr Loftis got me in quickly and almost immediately diagnosed my issue and was able to help relieve my pain. He showed me exercises that helped the healing process. -Andrew
